Dr. Jawad Syed instills his upbeat personality into every aspect of Watters Creek Dental. His friendliness and contagious energy make dental visits fun and relaxing.
A dedicated follower of the latest dental advancements, Dr. Syed spends his free time watching dental surgeries and reading about new techniques, always eager to bring innovative care to his patients. His team loves working with him, not only because of his expertise and commitment to dentistry but also for the positive and engaging atmosphere he fosters.
Raised in Wisconsin, he initially pursued a business degree, which equipped him with a unique perspective on patient care and practice management. Driven by a growing interest in facial aesthetics, he moved to Europe to study at Charles University, where he earned his DMD degree.
During his 8 years in Europe, he studied and practiced dentistry. Returning to the United States, he continued his education at The University of Oklahoma, achieving an Advanced Standing DDS degree.
Throughout his career, Dr. Syed has committed to continuous learning, completing over 180 hours in implant placement and staying up-to-date with the latest dental advancements.

Meet Perla, one of our experienced Dental Assistants with eight years of helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. Perla is passionate about creating a welcoming and comfortable environment, ensuring every patient feels at ease throughout their visit.
She enjoys working closely with the dental team to provide high-quality care and make each appointment a positive experience.
When she is not in the office, Perla loves spending time with her family, relaxing with word searches, and expressing her creativity through coloring.

Front Office
Dental professional by day, living full throttle the rest of the time. With over half a decade in the dental field, Haylee loves helping patients feel comfortable and cared for from coordinating their treatment or jumping in to lend a hand with assisting.
Passionate about people, unforgettable experiences, and making sure everyone gets the kind of customer service that deserves a standing ovation. She is dedicated to helping our office excel at patient care– whether it’s in the front office, operatory in the back, or helping patients understand their insurance.
You’ll usually find Haylee floating on the river, co-captaining on the boat, hanging out with her feline sidekick, or singing along at a live show.
She’s an old soul who appreciates good music, great conversation, and making the most of every sunny day.

Kathy loves working in dentistry and helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for during every visit. Her goal is to make each appointment as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
Working with such a great dental team makes everyday a wonderful experience, and love being apart of a dental team that is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her amazing husband and son, playing pickleball and mahjong, and making lasting memories with our family and friends.

Gail has 15 years of experience spanning complex oral surgeries to dazzling cosmetic transformations. Gail brings both elite clinical skills and a heavy dose of humor to her team.
Known for her quick wit and warm storytelling. She excels at turning dental anxiety into a comfortable and lighthearted experience.
Outside the Practice, Gail is married to her husband of 20 years, together they run a bustling mini homestead filled with non-stop entertainment courtesy of their dog, cat, fish and a backyard chicken flock.
Dental Assistant
Mayra is a busy mom with a big heart and an even bigger love for life. She has been a dental assistant for 11 years and loves making patients feel comfortable, cared for, and welcome.
Outside of work, her athletic kids keep her on the go, and she loves cheering them on, staying active, and making every moment count. When she’s not at a game or practice, you’ll find Mayra dancing to good music, planning the next adventure, traveling, or soaking up quality family time.
She loves kids, loves to have fun, and believes the best memories are made together.
